Jamui was raised to a Parish in 2010. The Principal of the school is also the parish priest. It hasn’t a parish church or catholic families to own. A couple of Christian families from the neighboring parishes have settled here. Jamui, being the District Headquarter, a number of Christian employees, police constables, teachers are the members of this parish. |
