A plot of land with a building was purchased in the year 2014 at Kulangarapadi in the district of Ernakulam, Kerala with the intention of accommodating priests, seminarians and lay people who go to South for Medical treatment, pilgrimage, retreat etc. and to serve as a study house for seminarians preparing for college exams after their minor seminary course. A spacious and convenient building is under construction for the same purpose.
